Das holländische Verkehrssicherungsboot Rotterdam wurde 1987 auf der Damen-Werft für das Wasser-Schifffahrtsamt gebaut. Das Einsatzgebiet sind die Wasserstraßen um Rotterdam. Außer der Betonung der Wasserstraßen werden auch andere Hilfeleistungen mit übernommen. Auch ist das Schiff berechtigt, hoheitliche Aufgaben warzunehmen.
